Privacy Policies
Product-specific privacy information for software published by Paris Industries and Paris Interactive.
Local software should stay local.
Paris Industries prefers local processing, local storage, and minimal data collection. Each product section below describes that product's current privacy behavior.
Microsoft Store, itch.io, and other distribution platforms may process information independently when you use their websites, accounts, storefronts, downloads, payments, or platform services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Pickorama
Pickorama is a local Windows desktop decision-making application. It does not require a Paris Interactive account or a Paris Industries cloud service to function.
Information collection and transmission
Paris Industries does not collect or receive personal information from Pickorama. Options, names, choices, and other information entered into the application are processed on the user's device and are not transmitted to Paris Industries or Paris Interactive.
Advertising, tracking, sale, and sharing
Pickorama contains no Paris Industries advertising or behavioral tracking. Paris Industries does not sell, rent, or share personal information from Pickorama because the application does not transmit that information to Paris Industries.
Today's Pace
Today's Pace is a local-first Windows productivity application. The current desktop release does not require a Paris Interactive account or a Paris Industries cloud service.
Local application data
Information created in Today's Pace, including productivity and profile information used by the application, is stored and processed locally on the user's device for the application's features. Paris Industries does not use the current desktop release to collect that local content for advertising or profiling.
Future features
If a future public release materially changes how Today's Pace handles personal information, this policy will be updated to describe that behavior before or alongside that release.
SortShelf
SortShelf is a local-first Windows media organizer. It works with user-selected local files and folders so the user can browse and organize supported media.
File and folder access
SortShelf accesses local files and folders selected or configured by the user in order to provide its media-management features. Paris Industries does not receive uploads of the user's photos, screenshots, GIFs, videos, or other organized media from the current application.
Local application data
SortShelf may store local configuration and organizational information needed for its features, such as library locations, albums, favorites, inboxes, and preferences. That application data remains local in the current release.
Changes to these policies
These policies may be updated when a product changes, when a new privacy-relevant feature is released, or when legal or platform requirements change.
